　東京で人気のある、焙煎を強めにした深蒸し茶です。売り手と作り手が長期間試行錯誤して開発してやっとできたお茶です。
　玉露の棒茶を焦がし気味にいれたり、旨味の多いさえみどりを入れたりと、飲みごたえが欲しい時や、色んなお料理にも合うように、そんなお茶を目指しました。香ばしい香りが広がり、まろやかに飲みごたえがあり、ほんのりと旨味が感じられ、濃い黄緑色に出ます。
