　「蔵出し茶　とっておき　山間地熟成銘茶」
八十八夜頃の初春に静岡県中部の山間地で摘んだ上級茶を、特殊な保存状態により熟成させたお茶です。
　若々しいシャープな青葉の香りが、熟成により深みのある芳香となり、玉露を思わせるまろやかでこくのある甘味があり、ゆったりと楽しめるのが特徴です。

【蔵出し茶】とは
　蔵で保管された茶葉を保管熟成後、蔵開きして出荷されたお茶です。春の出来立てのお茶と異なる成熟した味わいを楽しめるお茶です。この技術は長い間伝承されてきた伝統製法です。
　１９９３年には、こうした技術が科学的に研究され、山間地産のお茶を窒素充填し、１５℃で５ヵ月保管すると香気に深みを増し、荒茶の味が練れて旨味とこくが増すことが学会で発表されました。
